So yeah, it’s been a while…

Haven’t done much for a while so I haven’t uploaded any pictures. I have done a few more (read a lot more) nail marbles but don’t always take pictures/forget to upload them. Hmm, I don’t think I’ve done much creatively in the past while - been bogged down by school I guess. I’ll see if I can get anything else up done. Preferably something geeky…I haven’t done a Doctor Who craft yet - maybe I’ll work on that :P

So there’s this website, and they have this book, and I think you should check it out.

It’s really cool….

P.S. check out their website too at http://youarenotsosmart.com/

Another example of water marbling done on nails. This time with brighter colours and a better camera. I love my nails!

Sorry about the tilted pictures not sure how to get them back the way they should be.

Epona! Link’s horse in true jumping-jack style. Pull the pull string and she runs!

Jumping-Jack Snowman cross stitch kit I got for Christmas a long time ago. Not my pattern, but I stitched him all. I think he turned out kind cute. :)

Pysanky! The Ukrainian method of dying eggs. It’s fun, easy, and produces a beautiful decoration for easter, or if you attach a hook to it, for Christmas! An egg for every occasion! This is my first, and only egg, but i have already been looking for beginners kits. :)

Okay, so this is a kind of bad picture of a new crafty thing I found called water marbling. You create a marble pattern on water with nail polish and dunk your nails in, creating an interesting pattern. Mine is very light and hard to see, but it was also my first try.

A bunch of little clay guys I made for my friend. The dog, cat, fish, and butterflies/flowers were all made from a mold, painted, and hot glued onto the candles. The little dragon was handmade by me and then painted.

Nuts about knots

OMGosh. I LOVE tatting. Just started this past Christmas, but it’s so much fun, and everything looks so pretty! Still struggling with finishing off, but it will come with practice. My house/apartment is going to be filled with doilies and table runners and little tatted dragons and butterflies and flowers and hearts. Blast this new addiction…

Snowmen salt and pepper shakers I made for my mom LAST Christmas, the dark blue didn’t go glossy, but that’s okay. they turned out pretty, which was the main thing.
